Robins

We loved our attendance treat day before the summer holiday began! It was so exciting to dress up and have a picnic lunch on the field. We also enjoyed designing our own ice creams but the best part was being able to eat them!
We enjoyed making a refreshing fruit salad as part of our Design and Technology lesson yesterday. We used a knife to cut our fruit safely and washed it before eating it.

We had a great time making flowers and completing a scientific investigation during Family Learning! Thank you to everyone who was able to support us!

We really enjoyed sports day last week! We worked hard as a team to overcome obstacles and embraced new challenged! It was lots of fun!
Last week the Robins class were learning about Vincent Van Gogh. We studied lots of his famous pieces of art and then used oil pastels to recreate his famous 'sunflowers' painting.
Last week the Robins class were busy planting sunflowers which will be available to buy at the Summer Fayre!
We enjoyed learning about Belgium as part of our World Cup day! We now know how to say "hello" and "goodbye" in three of the languages spoken in Belgium and can locate it on map of Europe. We even got to taste a delicious Belgium waffle with chocolate on top!
The Robin Class had a wonderful day celebrating the Royal Wedding!
We had a fantastic day at the Institute of Sport yesterday. We really enjoyed participating in all of the different sporting challenges! Gallery

We had a wonderful time making minibeast habitats with Pat and Sue from the Family Learning team. Thank you to all of the parents and carers who were able to join us.
