Toys Over Time – A Class 2/3 History Lesson 🪀
In our History lessons we are learning about toys. In our last lesson we worked in teams to play with Lego and wooden blocks. We discussed the differences between them and then looked at who invented Lego and the impact it has had on how children play.
Safer Internet Day with Class 2/3 💻
On the 7th February it was Safer Internet Day. 💻 The children have been discussing how they can stay safe when going online and who they can talk to if something worries them. They then played a game to look at different scenarios and discuss what they would do and who they could ask for help.
A Wild Day Out 🦁
A truly wonderful time was had by all today at Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The children learnt lots and even had the opportunity to hold a variety of species from the across the different biomes that we have been studying back at school.
