On the last day of term, we celebrated with an award celebration. Awards included: drama queen, the best attitude to school and sportsman. Everyone enjoyed voting and cheering each other.
Class 5 have been working out volume in Maths with cubes, then we all created our own models for each other to work out.
After learning about the dangers of the internet, apps and gaming Class 5 thought about their own digital footprint and started to think about their good behaviours and what they might need to change when online to keep themselves safe.
This week is E-Safety week and Class 5 have started at looking at the dangers.

After their visit to Filey, Class 5 learnt in more detail about rock pools and the different types of creatures that they contain in Science.
Class 5’s topic is ‘Coastlines’ and they are focusing on tourism. They visited Filey enjoying rock pooling, looking at the tourism and lovely weather!
We loved reading our own ‘Handa’s Surprise’ stories to the children in Class 5. They helped us with our reading and encouraged us to use expression.
