Y3/4 Learn About the Angles, Saxons and Jutes

Y3/4 have been diving into history, exploring the fascinating story of the Angles, Saxons and Jutes and their migration to Britain. The children have been learning about where these groups came from, why they chose to leave their homelands, and what life was like when they settled here.

Through maps, timelines, and creative activities, they have discovered how these migrations shaped the culture, language, and traditions of early Britain.

It’s been wonderful to see their enthusiasm as they pieced together the past!

Well done, Y3/4 – fantastic work!
