This week in Y3/4, pupils explored how muscles work in pairs, learning about how they contract and relax to create movement.
Using card and rubber bands, they made models of the biceps and triceps to help them understand how these muscles work together. This hands-on activity helped bring their learning to life and showed how one muscle contracts while the other relaxes to move the arm. Well done!
