This term, Y2 are learning all about London. Last week, they learned who is in charge of the country and where the UK government is based. This week, pupils took their learning further by setting up their own House of Parliament and debating a proposed law to ban the use of mobile phones for under 16s.
The speaker did a fantastic job of keeping order during the debate, and the children showed great confidence and enthusiasm when sharing their ideas. Well done, Year 2!
