Y4/5 Ulley Trip

This week, Y4/5 had a fantastic day at Ulley Reservoir, where they really put their resilience and teamwork skills to the test!

In the morning, they took on a den building challenge, which encouraged them to collaborate, think creatively, and problem-solve as a team. It wasn’t always easy, but they persevered, and ended up with some amazing shelters. Later in the day, they took part in archery and kayaking. It was fantastic to see so much determination and support for one another throughout the day.

As part of Wickersley Partnership Trust, they are extremely fortunate to have exclusive access to Ulley Reservoir as a dedicated outdoor education resource. This allows students to enjoy enriching, hands-on experiences that build confidence, resilience, and a sense of adventure – essential life skills that go far beyond the classroom.

Well done to all involved!
