As part of their Geography topic on coasts, Class 4/5 have been exploring the beautiful coastal landscape of Whitby through watercolour painting. After studying the town’s iconic features, the children used a range of watercolour techniques to create their own artwork, inspired by Whitby’s colours, textures, and stunning seaside scenery.
The finished paintings are fantastic and showcase both their creativity and growing understanding of coastal landscapes.
