Year 3/4 Learn Cheerleading Skills

Virtual South Yorkshire Games

Years 4 and 5 at Thrybergh Primary enjoyed trying a variety of activities as part of the Virtual South Yorkshire Games this week. These included various yoga poses, balancing skills, 30 seconds worth of burpees and star jumps as well as jogging on the spot and performing high kicks! Well done everyone!

Y6 Talented Writers

🤕Class 2/3 First Aid Training

Yesterday the children took part in a First Aid lesson. The children learnt what to do if someone is bleeding, choking or has a burn. They then tried using a bandage on a friend.

Y6 TEKK Challenge

Today each team completed the building of their prototype playground equipment models! There has been a lot of discussion, compromise and decision making but everyone has worked hard to achieve some amazing results. Many thanks to our tech ambassadors David and Kala for all their support. Excellent team work Y6!

Y6 TEKK Challenge

This afternoon we have started to build our models! We had great fun making the different components for our prototypes. Some fantastic use of the skills we have learnt already which made adapting our materials really easy. We had some great debates about the most effective ways to put our models together!
