A wonderful start to History this week!
We worked together to order key dates from previous periods we have studied during Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 2.
We then looked at different sources to discover that the Saxons invaded Britain and the Romans failed to provide defensive support to prevent this, and that this is one of the reasons why the Roman occupation of Britain ended.
