Snow Day!

On Wednesday, Foundation had a great time exploring the snow. We brought the snow into the classroom, and talked about why the snow had started to melt once it was inside our classroom! We placed the snow on our hands and watched what happened, and our hands got very wet! We came to the conclusion it was melting because our hands and bodies were warm.

We then had a go at building snowmen in our snow tray, drawing snowmen on our whiteboard, and drawing snowflakes with chalk.

We had ‘snow’ much fun!
