This week, Y3/4 had an exciting visit from the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The firefighters talked to the children about the vital work they do to help keep people safe and what to do in the event of a fire. They learned all about fire safety at home, including the importance of smoke alarms, having an escape plan, and never playing with matches.
The children asked some fantastic questions, and were super engaged – a big thank you to the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service for visiting and helping the children learn how to stay safe!
