Outdoor Learning with Foundation!

The past few weeks, Foundation have been taking part in some amazing outdoor learning activities, including building pirate ships as part of their seaside topic, ‘who lives in a rockpool?’. Well done everyone!

Foundation Ice Cream Reward!

Y4/5 Iris Grace Inspired Art!

Y4/5 Isla Grace Art Study!

In Art this week, Y4/5 have been experimenting with water colours to get ready for their final piece based on the work of the child artist, Isla Grace. Everyone showed great concentration, following the Thrybergh Way and never giving up. Well done!

Y6/5 Sewing Practise!

Last week, as part of their DT project, Year 5/6 have been practising sewing and deciding which stitches are better for joining and which are better for decoration. They have needed a lot of resilience for this and have worked so hard. Well done everyone!

Exploring River Features 🔍

This week Year 4 have been learning about the features of rivers. We matched photos, aerial views, maps and descriptions of the different features. We used the correct geographical terms to describe them. We’ll done year 4! 👏

Class 2/3 Tells The Time!

Today, Y2 have worked incredibly hard on learning how to tell the time on an analogue clock. We have shown them a variety of times on a clock and they have had a go at labelling them the correct times. Well done Year 2!
